![]() On top of that, Angel items are free and you can increase your odds to get those sweet deals now. Not really that's how it works, there are trinkets or items to increase that. Devil Deals tend to be unreliable seeing how often one only gets red chests or black hearts offered and no items at all. Thats why Angel rooms are 'better' too - most bad rolls will at least give health up or free item for no health down. What the 100 angel room spawn means is that the deal for that floor is guaranteed to have generated as an angel deal, but if you didn’t get it to spawn after you kill the boss then you either need to use a Joker card, Teleport 2.0, or a Sacrifice room to get to it. ME! Items indevil pool arent terible by any means but game got 'slowed' with more timid power ups so keeping 3 hearts and rely on juking longer is more viable than throwing all buffering gambling for obliterating build. And i'd actually hop in first devil room if i got coupon, diplopia or even Mr. Now, would i take decent damage up or health generator in devil deal to zero chance for future angel rooms? Probably. Thanks for the strategy, still took me a while to get the shield after I got the guardian angel, but it was an overall higher chance. Angel room can be weak too but its guaranteed Something at least and you can spend all extra health on next devil deals as checking dd past first wont bring any penalties. Easiest way to get angel room items is to bring Isaac with the D6, bomb the angel statue, kill the boss and then reroll both items, that goes through 4 of the items in the already small pool pretty quickly. Even if i'm relatively stacked on health by the end of floor 2 theres good chance of getting pricy mediocrity. ![]() Skipping first devil to get 100% angel next pays well.
